   We update our products every week,and will try to keep synchronize with these supplier factories .

 Usually they are available (a rate of high than 95%) .usually we will not reply customers about the stock status(the reason is the stock status always change),

we sell so many of items, we can not take them here,only our customer have ordered it,we will take it back.if our customer has paid for it and the item is out of stock when we ask the factory to provide it to us,then we will advice our customer to exchange it into other item (the price is close,can up to more USD8 than the unavailable item price),or we can also  refund to our customer(refund the item price plus additional shipping fee ,but will not refund bank commission which is charged from you).

3.Which quality grade you provide the products?

9.How can I know my order status?  
   Once we send out your order, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check 
   your order online. We are also  keeping an eye on your order, till you receive them. 

10.How long will it take to receive my order?  
   usually ship out within two-four days after receiving your payment.
   If we can not ship out within 3 days ,we will advice you at the first time.

12.How much for shipping fee?
  When you place your order,will provide the available shipping method option.(for different method,the shipping fee is  different  ).  once you make a decision for the shipping method, the website system will calculate the shipping fee  automatically according  to your order.for some products,maybe the shipping fee have not been added in your order,then we will provide them to you with our payment account.
