You must get a Return Authorization from us before sending anything back. Return request must be no later than 7 business
days from the day you received it.
You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking
for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer .
The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of
wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product the first time,
our refund/exchange policy is void .The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed
The items for Refunds/Exchanges must meet the following clause:
1.Obvious wrong color.
2.Obvious wrong size
3.It is a complete different item from your order.
4.It is not a high quality item (such as low quality material,poor sewing)
5.Some function is not work
The following reason cannot be accepted.
A little of dark Color or light Color.( the reason of taking photos)
